Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you place a Broiler Buck pre-order or a Subscribe & Deliver order with Berkshire Broilers (“we”, “us”).

Broiler Buck pre-order

• A £15 deposit per chicken — equivalent to 1.5kg of chicken — reserves a pasture-raised chicken for a specific Saturday collection date. Our chickens range between 1.8kg – 2.8kg dressed weight.
• The balance is due on collection, based on final dressed weight, at £10/kg, payable by card or cash.
• Collection is from Berkshire Broilers, Birchin Inhams Farm, RG40 3AP, between 11am – 12pm on your chosen date. A cool bag/box for the journey home. Card or cash accepted for the balance.

Subscribe & Deliver

• £150 covers a 6-week plan, averaging 2kg avg/week, delivered weekly on Wednesdays.
• This is a fixed-term plan paid upfront and does not auto-renew.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Revolut. We never see or store your full card details.

Cancellations & refunds

Deposits are non-refundable once a collection date is booked, since we raise chickens specifically for confirmed reservations. If you need to change your collection date, contact us and we'll do our best to move you to another available Saturday, subject to space.

For Subscribe & Deliver, contact us before your next delivery to pause or cancel the remaining weeks of your plan. Refunds for undelivered weeks are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Availability

Collection dates and delivery slots are limited by capacity and may sell out. We'll always confirm your booking by email once payment clears.

Our commitment

Our chickens are pasture-raised without antibiotics. If you're ever unhappy with your order, contact us at [email protected] and we'll do our best to put it right.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything that can't legally be limited, such as death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the value of your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
